Samsung Galaxy Note 3 rumored to support a 3GB RAM

A Korean newspaper 'The Korea Economic Daily' reports that Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Note 3 will support a 3GB of RAM. 

The device is rumored to have a 5.7″ or 5.99″ sAMOLED Full HD display, Octa-Core or Snapdragon 800 processor, 13 megapixel camera, Android 4.3, S Pen functions and Samsung’s own TouchWiz nature UX interface and is expected to launch at IFA 2013 in Berlin.
